Job Summary
Job description:
- Manage New Product Development across plant & function as per SOP
- Generate mutually signed master schedule for periodic review to track the status
- Identify Issue & risk and develop mitigation plan and facilitates team with solution
- Manage open issue list and track for closure as per plan.
- Preparation of TG document for review.
- Technical review on change point / concerns / specification
- Prepare / Update SOP & confirm adherence
- Participate in Customer meetings.
- Set specific standards
- Manage/facilitate CFT towards QCD / Project KPIs and MIS update to management
- Be a customer voice inside organization
Desired profile:in manufacturing
- Graduate with relevant years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands on experience in Project management tools like MS-Project PLM
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in adopting IATF requirements particularly in the area of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA
- Has the ability to effectively communicate and present.
- Good in Networking Communication and Presentation Skills.
