About therole:

Are youpassionate about supporting individuals through challenging timesand helping them find hope and strength in recovery AnglicareCQ isseeking a compassionate and proactive Support Facilitator to joinour team and deliver life-changing support through The Way BackSupport Service.

You willwork closely with individuals who have experienced a suicidalcrisis or attempt offering timely trauma-informed and recoveryorientated support.

Whatwill a typical day look like

Collaborate with participants and their support networks to provide sustained strengths-based care.
Deliver timely trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care aligned with Way Back Service principles.
Advocate for and facilitate referrals to community-based services tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhance service delivery.

MandatoryRequirements:

Diploma level qualifications in a Mental Health related field.
