Job Responsibilities:

Operational support to foreign exchange traded regionally focused on documentation analysis and data gathering.
Resolving issues for our clients take ownership on them and display client-oriented focus.
Ability to interpret and perform thorough analysis of company policies and procedures and apply such knowledge in daily decision-making.
Interact by phone or emails with our Brazilian clients giving support on a daily basis.
Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix and improve processes and fill technology gaps and follow them through to completion.
Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
Escalating issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor student in Economics Business Administration or Finance related.
Portuguese language knowledge is a must. (Orally and written)
Team player and willingness to collaborate.
Solid communication skills.
Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
Excel knowledge advanced.
Be English fluent or advanced.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
