NOW HIRING: HR Professional

Location: Chicago IL Professional Services Contract Full-Time

The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with one of our valued clients in Chicago to hire an experienced HR Manager to support their organization on a 36 month fractional HR assignment. This HR Manager role will provide hands-on support across several key HR functions including employee relations benefits administration payroll processing through UKG and recruiting support.

The HR Manager will work onsite with leadership to help stabilize HR operations and ensure employees receive timely and professional HR support. This opportunity may extend beyond the initial contract period if it proves to be a strong fit for both parties.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR leadership and support across the organization
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices
Administer employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related questions
Support payroll processing through UKG to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts for open roles as needed
Ensure HR processes documentation and policies are followed consistently
Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees during the assignment
Support onboarding and HR administrative functions as needed

What You Bring

Previous experience working as an HR Manager HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
Experience handling employee relations issues and providing HR guidance to leadership
Experience managing employee benefits administration
Experience processing or supporting payroll using UKG (preferred) or similar HRIS systems
Previous experience supporting recruiting or hiring efforts
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay

40 hours per week
Onsite role located in Chicago Illinois

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour

This is an initial 36 month contract assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
