ABOUT THE ROLE
Act as the custodian of all brand elements safeguarding brand compliance and consistency among hotels in the region
Implement brand initiatives and programs to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
Partner with Operations team in driving guest experience improvements with guest satisfaction metrics.
Oversee media relations PR activities and strategic partnerships in South Korea acting as the primary point of contact for media and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing Communications or a related field.
35 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications preferably within hospitality or a service-oriented industry.
Experience working in an Advertising Marketing or PR agency is an advantage.
Fluent in both Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
