Due to the continued success and expansion of the Industrial and Science business we are interested in speaking with Directors with a proven background in Industrial and Manufacturing construction projects and programmes of work.
Your track record will have seen you manage large scale complex projects in one or more of the following:-; Industrial; Manufacturing; Logistics or Pharma/Life Sciences or similarly complex asset class.
Key Responsibilities
Sector Strategy & Market Leadership
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sector strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Define growth drivers capability priorities key enablers and measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to track progress identify challenges and recalibrate plans.
- Monitor market trends regulatory changes and competitor activity to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Represent the organisation externally as a thought leader for the Industrial & Science sector.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
- Deliver annual sector revenue targets (1.1x budget).
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage ( 2.5x sector budget).
- Lead and actively manage >5 strategic pursuits with >6month RFP horizon.
- Convert >3 major projects/programmes with annual revenue >USD 1.3M.
- Lead major and strategic bids as Bid Director or Red Team Lead.
- Ensure highquality timely clientcentric proposals with clear win themes.
- Work with account leads to expand existing accounts and identify crosssell opportunities across service lines.
Service Excellence & Delivery Assurance
- Ensure 100% compliance with service delivery standards and risk governance frameworks.
- Maintain average Client Care Score > 8 across all major projects.
- Lead and participate in project assurance reviews using the 3LOD framework.
- Drive continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and best practices.
- Ensure zero critical service escalations through proactive engagement.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Build and lead a highperforming sector team across India.
- Mentor and coach team members for career development and role excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration inclusion accountability and continuous learning.
- Facilitate training on emerging sector trends tools and methodologies.
- Maintain succession planning for critical roles and ensure a clear accountability framework.
Qualifications :
- You have a degree in engineering.
- You bring at least 18 years of experience in the aforementioned topics and tasks as well as extensive experience in industrial construction.
- You have experience in managing or (partially) leading challenging large-scale projects and programs.
- You possess extensive knowledge in modern team leadership as well as excellent communication presentation and moderation skills determination and empathy.
