As a PMO to SVP you will support the Platform engineering & Operations SVP and executive team to enhance efficiency in time management information dissemination and decision-making processes. You will foster leadership team dynamics facilitate communication across teams and build engagement. You will lead/coordinate/report strategic and operational projects acting as a transversal facilitator at all hierarchical levels.
Keys Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy roadmap and OKRs.
- Design and Share Regular Strategic Analysis Reports on Tech Center Resourcing Growth and Health
- Ensure SVPs priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
- Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees townhalls conferences).
- Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
- Lead and support global projects and governance.
- Facilitate department direction committees and lead internal communication and team animation when needed
- Drive team engagement through meetings offsites and events.
- Monitor and track KPIs and OKRs for each department / product
- Define processes and governance to monitor the project portfolio and its performance in terms of delivery / Report periodically to the SVP the project portfolio health
- Collaborate with other stakeholders from the PEO to align projects priorities and ensure seamless coordination
- Develop communication strategy to promote PEO achievements.
- In collaboration with the leaders improve performance management processes and reporting
- Assist in evaluating project priorities resource allocation and strategic alignment to ensure optimal portfolio performance
- Assist and support the SVP in the daily management. It can be attending a steerco on his behalf preparation of meetings meeting minutes preparation of townhall or steerco represent him in event / meeting / stand up / codir
- Work closely with the SVP Tech Center on the Tech Center strategy
- Monitor Tech Center Health & Engagement via regular Surveys and implement linked Strategic Action Plans
- Promote intercultural understanding and cooperation within the Tech Center and beyond by fostering a collaborative environment that bridges cultural differences and enhances team dynamics
- Foster the One Team concept reducing cultural and organizational gaps between teams within the tech Center in their interactions with the Headquarter
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineer or Business school
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management
- IT background with significant experience in a consulting firm
- Strong experience in complex IT transformation projects definition performance management business case definition and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Delivery-focused person (strong drive)
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English French is a plus.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in creating high-level presentations and reports.
- Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.
