Associates degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Masters degree in a human services field and LCMHC LCSW LMFT or LCAS licensure
Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Psychology and licensure as a Licensed Psychologist
This Opportunity:
The primary responsibility is to provide oversight of the operations of the facility-based crisis. This position provides leadership and coordination within the area of responsibility and serves as a tactical point person as it relates to the care of the people we support staff development physician relationships quality initiatives program development and corporate-wide success.What Youll Do:
Work directly with the Senior Director of Crisis Services to manage the daily operations of the centers
Develop and implement tactical work plans to support the goals and objectives of the FBC and the organization including but not limited to identifying workflows and instituting corrective actions.
Provide effective administrative supervision and oversight as applicable and within accepted agency guidelines to assigned staff. This shall include but is not limited to responsibility for hiring discipline termination training and performance appraisals.
Ensure effective 24-hour coverage for individuals served as needed
Interface with providers manager staff and other departments to facilitate teamwork communication and improvement activities.
Function as an electronic health record super user working closely to ensure that appropriate training error monitoring and corrections are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that equipment and supplies are readily available at the time they are needed and in emergencies which includes medication lab processing and notification of emergency medical services when indicated.
Prepare administer and oversee the budget and monthly financial reports in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Crisis Services and the Budget Officer. Ensure regular and clear communication with staff on budget expectations
Investigate complaints prepare reports on resolution and provide an avenue for timely resolution of all concerns and complaints including review of incidents and ensure all documentation is completed providing feedback and plans of action if change is warranted.
Coordinate and prepare staff for potential weather and other related disasters.
Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.
Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain trainings as required and requested
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations including implementation of safety measures for a safe milieu.

Driving and travel may be required
