Job Summary

 

  • Facilitate and coach Scrum teams through daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure adherence to Agile principles and maximize team productivity
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress working collaboratively with stakeholders across retail and ecommerce functions
  • Mentor team members on Agile practices methodologies and tools promoting a mindset of continuous learning and improvement
  • Analyze team performance metrics and sprint data to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication realistic sprint goals and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within teams and between teams and stakeholders using professional judgment and diplomatic approaches
  • Maintain and update Agile project management tools ensuring accurate tracking of work items burndown charts and release planning
  • Support organizational change initiatives by promoting Agile culture and best practices across the retail and ecommerce divisions
  • Conduct retrospectives and implement actionable improvements based on team feedback and performance data
  • Report on team velocity sprint outcomes and key performance indicators to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent recognized credential)
  • 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Demonstrated expertise in Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience working in Retail or Ecommerce environments (is a plus)
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Experience with multiple Agile frameworks or methodologies beyond Scrum
  • Background in product management or product development
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools for performance metrics
  • Familiarity with retail operations ecommerce platforms or omnichannel business models
