For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 8 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments;
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies;
Experience working with technical teams in identity and access management environments;
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC);
Strong facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous initiatives;
Experience in large-scale enterprise or distributed team environments (nice to have);
Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery models (nice to have);
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe LESS or similar) (nice to have);
Background in software engineering or technical project delivery (nice to have);
Experience using Agile project management tools (Jira Azure DevOps) (nice to have);
Fluency in English and French (at least B2 Level);
Availability for a hybrid regime based in Lisbon (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
