Your Mission

As a Scrum Master you will act as a servantleader facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the team operatesefficiently and collaboratively. Youll work closely with Product Ownersand Tech Leads to enable smooth delivery cycles and continuousimprovement.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives)
• Team Enablement: Support a cross-functional team and promote self-organization and accountability
• Collaboration: Foster a transparent safe and high-trust team environment
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine Agile processes tools and practices
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and ensure business alignment
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers affecting team progress
• Agile Coaching: Advocate and embed Agile best practices across the organization
• Reporting: Provide visibility on team performance velocity and delivery status

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role
• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and Agile frameworks
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps
• Technical Awareness: Understanding of software development lifecycle coding or cloud environments (plus)
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal coaching and conflict resolution skills
