Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Execute engineering tasks and support production to achieve process KPIs including Output Quality and Scrap Cost.
Perform periodic verifications and manage process fallout dispositions.
Conduct buyoff activities for critical processes such as the coating process.
Perform wafer data collection (WAT SEM and SIM) for process engineers.
Follow up on Special Build Requests and compile data summaries for process engineer review.
Demonstrate strong observational skills to detect discrepancies and thoroughly understand test processes.
Communicate effectively with peers and crossfunctional teams to enhance collaboration.
Provide clear updates and feedback to ensure smooth daily operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Education & Experience

Diploma in Engineering preferably with a major in Mechatronics and Mechanical. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry specifically in FrontofLine (FOL) processes such as wafer sawing wafer scribe/cleave die sorting and die attach.

Skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Willing to work on 12-hours shift independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
Good computer literacy SPC & OPAC knowledge.
Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
