We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Slovak Commercial Operations this role you will be the strategic partner for healthcare professionals driving access to innovative therapies in Immunology & Acute Hemorrhage Control and improving patient outcomes.

The Role:

• Manage CSLs hospital portfolio in your territory:
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow market share
• Drive tender management and pricing processes in collaboration with internal teams
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools
• Support product launches and optimize patient care pathways
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Your Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Medicine or Business
• 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience ideally in hospital care or rare diseases
• Proven success in account management and product launches
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%)
