Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the entire IT division setting strategic direction objectives and priorities
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering their growth and development
• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure network cybersecurity software development and support services
• Develop and execute the IT strategy ensuring that technology investments align with business needs
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure the reliability security and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles including 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing large IT teams and budgets.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership communication and decision-making skills.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP CIO or ITIL.
• Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
