Ecolab is looking for a DEI Analytics & Insights Manager that will be responsible for delivering global analytics reporting and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across diversity equity inclusion belonging and engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with Global DEI Talent and HR leadership to translate workforce data into actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions including Copilot-enabled capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
DEI & Workforce Analytics
- Design and maintain analytics on workforce representation hiring internal movement and attrition across global populations.
- Analyze talent mobility patterns across functions businesses and levels to identify inclusive pipeline opportunities.
- Assess outcomes of development belonging and connection programs using mobility and retention indicators.
Copilot-Enabled & Advanced Analytics
- Design and deliver Copilot-enabled analytics solutions to automate insights and talent recommendations.
- Ensure analytics are transparent explainable and compliant with global data privacy standards.
Workforce Reporting & Governance
- Own monthly and quarterly global workforce reporting for senior leadership.
- Maintain data governance definitions and reporting standards.
Digital Enablement & Automation
- Build automated analytics and workflows using Microsoft 365 tools including Power BI Power Automate Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Improve scalability and reduce manual effort through automation.
Additional Job Details:
- Hybrid Work (combination of Pune office and remote)
- Shift: US Shift (4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Analytics Data Science Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in workforce or people analytics.
- Advanced experience with Power BI and data modeling.
- Experience working in a global matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Analytics Data Science HR or related field.
- Experience with DEI talent or leadership analytics.
- Experience with Power Automate Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Exposure to AI-enabled or Copilot analytics use cases.
