Opportunity
Trusscore is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify exciting untapped sales opportunities by supporting prospects new and existing clients. Communication will be over the phone online chat email and occasionally in person. Working in partnership with the Sales team and our dealer network you will qualify leads and support the Lead through the decision-making process. Working with inbound leads.
Were seeking Bilingual French / English candidates for this role.
Responsibilities
- Receive and answer prospective customers sales calls via email phone and online chat
- Interact with in-person visits to persons at our Experience Showroom
- Work closely with our Dealer Network and our Sales Team
- Accurately document and update records in Salesforce
- Qualify leads by building rapport and explaining the types of products offered
- Manage inbound leads with prospective customers (dont do outbound cold-calling currently)
- Answer customer questions
- Perform some material estimates
- Constant communication between all departments
- Team-oriented willing to share knowledge and successful sales techniques with your colleagues to ensure an optimal team performance
- Work within the parameters of Company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and performing other duties as assigned
- Meet and exceed monthly targets
- Ability to work independently
- Full training provided
Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday 9am 6pm; future occasional evening shift.
- In-person work at Trusscore Showroom at 111 Weber St W Kitchener ON
Qualifications
- Dynamic self-motivated positive with a high energy level and strength in driving new sales
- Excellent computer skills Proficient in MS Office such as Word Teams Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual French / English is a strong asset
- You must be able to overcome objections and have proven persuasion and problem-solving skills
- Sales experience and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent English-speaking skills. Excellent communication verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and activities
- Ability to overcome challenges with patience and creativity
Compensation
Pay Rate: $20/hour to start.
Targeted Bonus of up to $6000/year based on meeting team targets.
