About the Role

As our new Senior TechnologyOne Technical Consultant youll join our expanding TechOne Practice and work with a diverse team delivering meaningful ERP modernisation and transformation projects across Australia. Youll help clients rethink their processes uplift critical systems and maximise value from the TechnologyOne platform.

As a Senior Technical Consultant youll represent xAmplify during requirements gathering and design phases and help structure delivery across multiple TechnologyOne modules and industry verticals.

Youll be involved endtoend across the project lifecycle including:

Earlystage demonstrations and proofofconcepts
Requirements workshops and process mapping
Solution design and documentation
Technical configuration and development
Data migration integrations testing and deployment
Hypercare and postgolive support

Responsibilities

Implementing and configuring TechnologyOne solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Supporting uplift across modules such as Financials Supply Chain EAM HRP Corporate Performance Management and more.
Integrating TechOne with thirdparty systems using APIs ETL tools and web services.
Designing and maintaining BPAs forms dashboards data models workflows and automation.

Required Skills

For this Senior TechnologyOne Technical Consultant role were looking for:

3 years of handson TechnologyOne administration development and configuration experience across Ci or Ci Anywhere.
Experience across multiple TechnologyOne modules such as Financials Supply Chain Management Asset Management Property & Rating HR & Payroll CPM.
Strong configuration and development capability including:
oXLOne reporting
o Design Studio dashboards and data models
o ETLand workflow automation
o CiA Web Services (REST/SOAP)
o BPAs/Forms

Experience facilitating workshops defining requirements and producing solution design documentation in an Agile delivery model.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently managing scope deliverables and client expectations.
Confidence presenting solution designs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Integration background (REST/SOAP APIs data transformation external system connectivity).
Interest in mentoring junior talent and contributing to practice capability uplift.
Experience preparing effort estimates supporting RFQ responses and participating in technical solution conversations.
Strong communication organisation and timemanagement skills.
