Job Summary

Job Description: Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure products meet established quality standards
Conduct quality inspections analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Create and maintain documentation related to quality procedures processes and specifications
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive measures to avoid quality defects
Monitor and report on key quality metrics to management and suggest areas for improvement
Conduct supplier audits and work closely with vendors to ensure quality standards are met
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies related to quality assurance

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience working in a quality role
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in using quality tools and software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality engineering role
Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ASQ) is a plus
Demonstrated ability in leading quality improvement projects

Salary & Benefits:
