Job Description:
As the HR Manager at you will play a crucial role in managing all human resource functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Overseeing recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates
- Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and conducting workforce planning
- Managing employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions
- Administering employee benefits compensation and payroll systems
- Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Overseeing employee health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
- Handling employee communication feedback and grievance procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management
- Experience working in the real estate or automotive industry is a plus
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) is an advantage
