Job Summary

Job Description:

As the HR Manager at you will play a crucial role in managing all human resource functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
  • Overseeing recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates
  • Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and conducting workforce planning
  • Managing employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Administering employee benefits compensation and payroll systems
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Overseeing employee health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • Handling employee communication feedback and grievance procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management
  • Experience working in the real estate or automotive industry is a plus
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) is an advantage
