The Royal Navy Presentation Team (RNPT) is a strategic messaging asset that delivers and represents First Sea Lord (1SL) vision aligned with Ministry of Defencedirected activity to UK domestic audiences. The RNPT informs and engages influential stakeholders raising awareness of the Royal Navys critical contribution to UK security stability and prosperity set within an evolving and contested threat environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver RNPT capability across the United Kingdom operating routinely in public senior and externally facing environments.
- Support strategic policy delivery through effective engagement connecting the right people at the appropriate level for events and presentations.
- Support the development planning and execution of campaigns and engagement activities in support of Domestic Engagement (DET) objectives.
- Act as Line Manager and Divisional Officer for RNPT ratings ensuring personnel are managed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Serve as Professional Development Lead overseeing planning and coordinating professional development activity for RNPT personnel within the Domestic Engagement Team (DET).
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver delegated outputs to time and standard ensuring RNPT presentation content remains current accurate and relevant.
- Attend and contribute to the full range of DET battle rhythm and support wider DET activity as required.
- Support the planning and execution of First Sea Lord leadership events on behalf of RNPT.
