Compensation

Local Rate: $1275/week (negotiable based on experience)
Travel Rate: $1512.50/week (negotiable based on experience)

Shift & Schedule

Night Shift: 5 8.5-Hour Shifts (11:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Weekly Hours: 42.5

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to provide compassionate care and support to patients in a behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will assist clinical staff in maintaining a safe therapeutic environment while supporting patients with behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with behavioral health needs under the supervision of clinical staff
Observe document and report changes in patient behavior or condition
Support patients with daily living activities and therapeutic programs
Maintain patient safety and follow facility policies and procedures
Collaborate with nurses social workers and the interdisciplinary care team
Help maintain a clean safe and supportive care environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
AHA BLS certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health environment
