We are currently searching for a Servicenow:

Responsibilities:

• Design and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience.
• Develop and implement Performance Analytics solutions for data-driven insights.
• Conduct technical reviews of existing setups and provide best practice recommendations aligned with OEM standards.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and ensure all developments follow industry best practices.
• Utilize HTML coding and Jelly script for advanced platform customization.

Requirements:

• 5 years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow.
• 8 years of total experience within the IT Industry.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Proven experience in Service Portal development.
• Advanced technical skills in HTML and Jelly scripting.

Desired:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with recent ServiceNow releases (Washington/Vancouver).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
