Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join a highly successful secondary school in West London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026 overseeing the day-to-day management of the school site facilities and health and safety compliance.

The successful Site Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of the school buildings and grounds ensuring the site is safe secure and well maintained at all times. The role includes supervising the site team coordinating contractors and ensuring the school meets all health and safety requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager within a school or similar environment
Strong knowledge of building maintenance health and safety and site compliance
Ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
Organised reliable and able to work independently
Legal right to work within the UK
