To strengthen our Consulting team we are looking for an intern or work-study Digital Consultant / Customer Success Manager (M/F).
Reporting to a Customer Success Manager you will mainly work on the following tasks:
Support for the CSM team on daily tasks such as:
Onboarding new clients: providing operational and methodological training on the Kameleoon solution
Setting up initial optimization campaigns (A/B Testing Personalization AI Personalization) including brief preparation project tracking and testing
Operational client support on best practices (Industry support adoption best practices for our solutions)
Conducting web analytics audits to identify onsite best practices to increase client conversion rates
Providing analysis and business recommendations to meet our clients challenges
Cross-functional tasks within the Consulting team:
Continuous improvement of our internal processes
Structuring client training
Formatting support documents
Tracking actions on certain cross-functional projects (pre-sales client satisfaction...)
You are currently looking for an Apprenticeship or in your final year of business or engineering school and seeking an end-of-study internship. You have a strong interest in the web and the new digital challenges around data its collection and its use are of particular interest to you.
Lastly you share our values: commitment to our clients and excellence in everything we do. You possess the following qualities/skills:
Strong interpersonal skills (youll be in direct contact with clients)
Independence and initiative
Native or bilingual English
Good level of French
