Intern, Engineering MPZ

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Work on engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers. Ideal candidates are third- or fourth-year students in Mechanical Electrical or Chemical Engineering. Students of Physics or Materials Science will also be considered. Gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Must be a US citizen.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the design analysis and implementation of engineering projects.

Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to solve technical challenges.

Conduct research testing and documentation as required.

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate student who has completed at least two years of study with a preference for those in their third or fourth year. Eligible fields of study include Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Physics or Materials Science (minimum three years completed for physics/materials science students).

Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field meeting the academic year requirements.

Must be proficient in Excel able to generate charts and analyze data tables.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in engineering projects.

Some hands-on experience a plus.

Working Conditions

Will primarily be working in an office setting with some time spent on a production floor industrial environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be a US citizen

No heavy lifting required must be able to sit and stand for periods of time.
