Location: Remote (Latin America)
Compensation: $1500 - $2000 USD/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday standard US business hours

Our client is a US-based digital marketing team that manages SEO programs for multiple service businesses. They need someone who can run clean SEO execution without constant hand-holding.
About the Role
You will own the day-to-day SEO work: audits on-page fixes content guidance reporting and follow-through. This is not a strategy-only role. The person who succeeds here likes doing the actual work knows what matters and can explain it without hiding behind jargon.
Key Responsibilities
- Run keyword research tied to revenue-driving search intent.
- Audit pages for technical and on-page issues then prioritize fixes.
- Write clear content briefs and optimization recommendations for writers and editors.
- Track rankings traffic conversions and technical health across active accounts.
- Use Search Console GA4 and SEO tools to spot drops opportunities and reporting trends.
- Coordinate with designers developers and account managers when SEO changes need cross-functional support.
Who You Are
- You have hands-on SEO experience ideally inside an agency or multi-account environment.
- You know the difference between busywork and work that actually moves search performance.
- You are comfortable explaining SEO decisions in plain English to non-specialists.
- You can manage your own queue deadlines and follow-ups without constant reminders.
- Your written English is strong enough to review copy and give sharp feedback.
Bonus Points
- Experience with local SEO for service businesses.
- Basic HTML or CMS editing experience.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or client-facing reporting.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
- You have a clear handle on the active accounts the technical backlog and the highest-value opportunities.
- Reporting is accurate readable and useful to the client team.
- The basic SEO work is moving on schedule instead of stalling between recommendations and execution.
Ongoing:
- The SEO function becomes more consistent faster to execute and easier for the broader team to trust.
- Technical issues get resolved with less drift because priorities are clearer.
- Content and optimization work tie back to business goals instead of generic SEO activity.
