Should be able to manage multiple workstreams
Extensive experience with Issue and Risk Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent People Management Skills
Should be able to navigate and co-ordinate with multiple groups in our organization
Should be able to build partnership with Technology and Business partners and should be able to
influence decision making
Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct
agile ceremonies
Hands on in JIRA and Scrum Leading
Should be able to work closely with the business team in defining requirements/user stories
Experience in Financial Services Domain Mandatory.
Release Management Must
Product Management Experience
