Job Summary
Merchandising Supervisor - Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in Jodhpur Rajasthan on a contract basis. This is a proactive role for an individual with a strong background in merchandising and a desire to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and execute merchandising strategies to ensure brand consistency and optimal product presentation.
- Manage and train a team of merchandising staff providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities and product launches.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on store shelves.
- Analyze sales data and merchandising performance to make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 10 years of experience in merchandising with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in merchandising principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jodhpur Rajasthan India.
