Job Summary

Responsibilities - Lead and Manage PAM operations ensuring timely resolution of complex incidents problems and escalations. - Drive operational excellence through process automation documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Architect implement and maintain CyberArk (Cloud) PAM solutions - Manage onboarding of privileged accounts secrets and credentials for cloud-native services SaaS platforms and DevOps pipelines. - Perform advanced troubleshooting root cause analysis and remediation of PAM-related issues. - Validate integrations with identity providers SIEM and endpoint security tools. - Ensure PAM processes align with industry best practice like ISO 27001 NIST and CIS benchmarks. - Conduct periodic access reviews audits and compliance reporting for privileged accounts. - Establish and enforce break-glass procedures BCP/DR strategies and exception handling frameworks. - Develop and maintain SOPs RACI matrices onboarding guides and governance frameworks. - Map permissions network requirements and configuration dependencies for PAM deployments. - Provide audit-ready documentation and evidence for regulatory and internal reviews. Required Skills & Experience - 10 12 years of experience in PAM solutions with at least 5 years in CyberArk Privileged Cloud. - Strong expertise in OAuth flows token management API integrations and automation (PowerShell Python curl). - Hands-on experience with Active Directory Azure AD (Entra ID) and cloud-native IAM services. - Knowledge of endpoint security AI security validation and DevOps toolchains. - Ability to bridge technical and business communication for stakeholder buy-in along with strong documentation and governance mindset. - CyberArk certifications (Defender Sentry Guardian) strongly preferred.
