Job Description:

the client is looking for a Director Artificial Intelligence who can lead AI initiatives build scalable machine learning solutions and guide teams delivering advanced analytics for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy and initiatives across healthcare and clinical analytics platforms
Design build and deploy scalable machine learning and AI models
Manage and mentor teams of data scientists ML engineers and AI specialists
Develop predictive analytics and AI solutions for healthcare datasets
Drive implementation of MLOps and AI platforms on cloud environments
Collaborate with internal delivery teams and stakeholders to develop AI-driven solutions
Support innovation and solution development in healthcare and life sciences analytics

Required Qualifications

15 years of experience in AI Machine Learning Data Science or Advanced Analytics
Leadership experience managing AI or data science teams
Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn)
Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Strong understanding of large-scale data platforms and analytics systems

Preferred Experience

Exposure to healthcare life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics
Experience working with large healthcare datasets or regulated industry environments
Experience leading enterprise AI implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile

AI / ML leadership experience
Strong technical depth combined with team leadership
Experience building and deploying enterprise AI solutions
Healthcare or life sciences exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
