Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift)
Volume: 90-100
wRVUs: 60-70

Bill Rates Needed for Submission: $300/hr (up to 8hr shift/33 wRVUs) $45/ additional wRVU (beyond 33) per shift
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
Hourly
Conversion fee

Requirement description :
Board Certification - REQUIRED
Active FL License - REQUIRED
DEA Registration - REQUIRED
A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
