Job Summary
UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza OB/GYN Clinic/Memorial Central Medical Center is looking for an Locum OB/GYN to fill their need!
Schedule:
- Hospital: 8am to 8am
- Clinic: 8am to 5pm
- Call Schedule: 1 in 5 day; 1 in 10 overnight and weekend.
- 24 Hour in-house
Details:
- Practice Type: OB/GYN
- Case Load: Low Risk Pregnancy - 70%; High Risk Pregnancy - 10%; C-Section - 30%
- Average Number of patients per physician per day: Clinic - 20
- Average Number of deliveries per physician per week: 8
- Average Number of OB/GYN surgeries per week: 8
- Number of OB/GYNs in the group: 5; 2 Mid-levels
- Locum Tenens required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
- Other OB/GYNs are present during locum tenens coverage: Yes
- Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes performed by Tech
- Documentation system: Epic (clinic & hospital)
- Nursery services: N/A
- Consultative services not represented: N/A

Required Procedures - Obstetrics:
- Low risk pregnancy Pt s with pre-existing problems history of twins history of toxemia pyelonephritis hyperemesisetc.
- FHR interpretation NST/CST/FSE
- High risk pregnancy Pt. s with toxemia diabetes Class II or higher cardiacs chronic lung problems chronic renal disease etc.
- OB ultrasounds - Performance of interpretation level 1/screening (viability) level2/targeted (anatomic)
Required Procedures - Labor & Delivery:
- Routine delivery Vaginal low forceps decision-making for C-section
- Complicated delivery C-section breech multiple births abruptions etc.
- VBAC s
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Preferred Procedures - Gynecology:
- Office/minor gynecology - IUD Cystoscopy colposcopy cryosurgery LEEP etc
- OB ultrasounds - Interpretation Level I/screening (viability)
Bill Rates Needed for Submission
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly
- Holiday Hourly
- Overtime
- Holiday Overtime
- Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)
- Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
- Flights - Up to $750 RT cap
- Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - $150/night before taxes and fees
- Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
Requirement description :
- Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
- Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED
- Clean Background - REQUIRED
- Must be able to perform the Required Procedures (Obstetrics Labor & Delivery Gynecology) - please note at time of name clear - REQUIRED
