Job Summary

Position Overview
As an Application Lead within the Application Managed Services group you will act as a subject matter expert focusing on IBM Sterling OMS. You will lead the design building and testing of web based applications while managing team performance and cross functional collaboration.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Design build and test web based applications for various site components
Document technical designs specifications and research updated website content
Lead and manage the team to ensure effective performance and decision making
Provide technical solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams
Create innovative web solutions to enhance user experience and engagement
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables
