Job Summary:
The Cybersecurity Program Manager role involves providing program governance client coordination and delivery oversight for all task authorizations. This role serves as the primary point of contact and requires managing task orders schedules deliverables incident response escalation and resource allocation. The Program Manager will also ensure adherence to security frameworks provide executive reporting and coordinate after-hours operations.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact.
- Manage task orders schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate incident response escalation.
- Manage resource allocation across cybersecurity services.
- Ensure adherence to NIST PCI DSS CIS18 ISO27001 frameworks.
- Provide executive reporting and project updates.
- Ensure after-hours operations coordination.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Cybersecurity program governance
- Public sector / critical infrastructure security
- Risk management frameworks
- Incident coordination
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- PMP / CAPM / Project
- 10 years cybersecurity experience
- 5 years managing enterprise cybersecurity programs
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- CISSP or CISM
Special Considerations:
- Must be able to coordinate after-hours operations.
Scheduling:
- Includes work windows from midnight 4 AM.
