Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications while providing technical leadership within a development team. Youll work on complex systems contribute to architecture and design decisions and help ensure high-quality secure and scalable solutions.

What Youll Actually Do

• Design develop and implement software applications as part of a collaborative development team

• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and solution specifications

• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code with a focus on quality and performance

• Support and maintain internal cloud-based and third-party integrated systems

• Recommend and implement enhancements based on user feedback and system performance

• Develop and maintain technical documentation as needed

• Identify and mitigate potential security risks within applications and systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Operate with a high level of autonomy on advanced and high-impact work

• Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to other team members

What Theyre Looking For

• 6 years of experience in software development or a related field

• Strong technical expertise across the software development lifecycle

• Advanced debugging and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Youll Stand Out If You Have Experience With

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Work Environment

• This is a hybrid position with in-office collaboration days (approximately 3 days per week). The role can be based in the Midwest region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $123000 - $155000
