We are on the lookout for a Field Engagement Lead. As the Lead you will oversee all contractor field engagement resources supporting the NextGen ERP program. This role will coordinate field activities manage escalations and ensure consistent support for field employees during testing cutover and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between program leadership and the contractor field engagement team.
- Manage 10 25 field engagement resources.
- Coordinate field coverage across operational regions.
- Monitor and review weekly status reports and field insights.
- Escalate risks adoption challenges and system-related issues.
- Support change adoption strategies across field teams.
- Ensure SLA compliance and achievement of defined KPIs.
Coordinate closely with:
- Organizational Readiness team.
- Training team.
- Super User Network.
- BRN network.
- Lead weekly field engagement touchpoint meetings.
- Provide regular executive-level status updates and insights.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience in utility infrastructure or field operations environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations (SAP experience preferred).
- Strong change management and field adoption experience.
- Experience managing distributed field teams across multiple regions.
