Senior Analyst - Customer Assistance team
8-10 years relevant experience
Advanced communications problem-solving and decision making skills
Experience in moderate scale corporate systems analysis
Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed
Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications with limited guidance
Preerred Qualifications:
5 years direct experience serving in Business Systems Analyst within a banking / financial institution technology background preferred.
3 years of experience with data analysis using a database/analytical tools e.g. Alterix Tableau Oracle SQL Server
5 years of experience in leading/driving requirements and analysis
5 years of experience with data mapping
5 years of experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience with current and emerging technologies e.g. Cloud Computing AI Machine Learning.
