About the Role
As a CRM Executive you will support the delivery of our retention and lifecycle marketing strategy reporting directly to the CRM & Retention Manager. Youll be hands-on within Klaviyo and other tools helping to build and optimize campaigns automated flows and customer journeys that boost LTV reduce churn and keep customers engaged with our brand.
This role is ideal for someone at a mid-level in their CRM career who wants to learn quickly take ownership of campaigns and grow within a scaling DTC business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning building and executing email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
Support the creation and optimization of automated flows (welcome replenishment winback etc.) with a focus on performance and personalization
Work with the creative team to brief and QA campaign visuals and copy
Help segment customer audiences based on behavioral and transactional data
Set up A/B tests track performance and contribute to performance reports
Assist in day-to-day campaign operations including scheduling QA and reporting
Stay up to date with CRM and retention trends in the ecommerce and wellness space
About You
Must-Haves
2 years experience in CRM email marketing or lifecycle marketing (internship or agency experience welcome)
Deep knowledge and experience with Klaviyo for both email and SMS
Curious about customer behavior and motivated to improve key metrics like open rate CTR and repeat purchase
Detail-oriented and organized able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy
Nice-to-Haves
Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) analytics tools (GA4 Hotjar) or no-code tools (Zapier AI copy platforms)
Visual eye some experience using Canva or Figma for email layout feedback
Previous exposure to DTC brands especially in wellness health or beauty
Experience in SMS marketing or loyalty programs
