Hunter New England Mental Health Service is seeking applications from suitability qualified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join an established and supportive team.
About the role:
The role is 0.6 FTE at the CAMHS inpatient unit (Nexus) and 0.2 FTE at Safeguard CAMHS providing assessment and management of young people presenting to both services. Responsibilities include supporting clinical governance with co-leadership supervising junior medical staff (Registrars RMOs JMOs) and managing mental health presentations across all ages when on call.
