Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information on policies billing claims and account questions
- Complete routine transactions and route complex issues to the appropriate team
- Meet expectations for quality timeliness and productivity
Documentation & Workflow
- Document customer interactions and update policyholder records
- Create workflows from scanned documents and shared inboxes
- Maintain organized digital files
Administrative Support
- Prepare print and type forms or documents
- Assemble and process outgoing mailings
- Process vendor invoices and support general administrative tasks
Collaboration & Learning
- Work with teammates and cross functional partners to resolve customer needs
- Participate in training coaching and team meetings
- Build knowledge across billing claims and policy service
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with special assignments and projects as needed
QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal written and listening skills with a customer first mindset.
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems.
- Strong organization reliability and follow through.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism.
- Openness to learning new processes systems and insurance concepts.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience needed - training provided and enthusiasm welcomed
