Location:Strongsville Administrative Offices
Job Objective: The Media & Production Coordinator leads media production event
broadcasting and audiovisual operations across Strongsville City Schools. This role captures
and shares the districts story through high-quality video live broadcasts and digital media whilesupporting district events and developing student leadership through the SCS-TV student crew and production truck operations.
The coordinator combines technical expertise creative storytelling and collaboration to ensure district media reflects the values and priorities of Strongsville City Schools.
Qualifications
- Experience in video production live streaming photography and digital storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment production workflows and editing software
- (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut Avid or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams mentor students or coordinate volunteers.
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Media Production Broadcast Journalism Communications or
- related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with both small-scale and multi-camera broadcast production environments.
Compensation:
Salary and fringe benefits commensurate with the Strongsville City Schools Administrative Handbook and experience ($63851 BASE)
Two-Year 260 Day Contract
