Job Title
Production LeadAbout your role:
You will join the team at our Crown Point location and be responsible for coaching training assigning and checking the work of Production Associates. You will oversee shift operations through scheduling and ensure the completion of assigned production projects.
What youll do:
Monitor and evaluate the workflow throughout the department and provide verbal and written work status reports to the supervisor.
Assign work to associates and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
Stage and prioritize work assignments in advance.
Operate and monitor equipment to process work according to instructions and/or client expectations as well as setting up and calibrating equipment per guidelines and/or job specifications.
Respond to equipment troubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems.
Work with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning productivity safety quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Experience youll need to have:
1 year of experience in operating production machines
1 year of experience using a computer for data entry
Experience that would be great to have:
Previous experience in providing coaching and training
Prior experience in a role providing reporting and scheduling
How youll work:
You will work an assigned schedule of 2nd shift: Thursday-Monday 3:30pm-11:30pm
This role requires flexibility to work overtime including weekends and holidays.
This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb squat kneel twist push and bend frequently during each shift.
