The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager tohelplead Super Cruise.You will own key aspects of Super Cruise customer engagement and quality including handsfree driving behavior performance metrics launch readiness and postlaunch improvement. The role is accountable fordata driven insightstooptimizeproduct performance prioritizing tradeoffs and ensuring Super Cruise delivers a consistent trustworthy experience across vehicle programs and sensing platforms.Workingacross engineering safety quality program management and marketing you will play a key role inmakingSuper Cruisethe most widely adopted and profitable automated driving feature in the world.
This role requiresthe ability tooperatein fast-paced environmentsdemonstrateprincipled decision-making and build consensuswithcross-functional teams to deliver best-in-classhands-free driving experiences.Weexpectyouto be proactiveinfluence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics while keeping customer safety and business outcomes front and center.
WhatYoullDo
Incorporate data research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
Establish and prioritize product requirements to solve key business and customer problems
Drive product development across software systems safety quality and vehicle programs to deliverhigh-qualityhandsfree driving experiences at scale
Define track and analyze Super Cruise performance engagement and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap decisions
Serve as a subject matter expert for your product portfolio providing guidance to internal teams and partners
Communicate product status and updates toseniorleadership and stakeholders
Monitor emerging trends to inform and drive execution of the product roadmap
Help foster a data-driven culture andestablishmetrics to measure the effectiveness ofSuper Cruiseinitiatives
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
5 years of product management or related industry experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity working with complex softwaresolutions like computer vision and AI/ML
Able to define vision and strategy for software products wherelittle precedenceexists
Operate witha high levelof independent judgment and proactively address obstacles as they arise
Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partners
Comfortable with complex and ambiguous problems and situations and adept atidentifyinga projects risks
Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are the norm
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Mastersdegree in related field
Experience working on a global teamand launching products
Experience withautomated drivingproduct development and performance in the automotive industry
Experience working with data scientists and AI/ML teams on software development tools pipelines and release
Experience handling regulatory compliance and legal requirements
Experience fostering innovation and driving change in complex organizations
Hybrid:This role is categorized ashybrid. Thesuccessful candidate is expected to report toa GM work locationthree times per week ata minimum(Milford / Warren MI).
