Responsibilities
Production Administration
Capture and maintain KPI production data
Maintain and upload product codes (SKUs) in the inventory system
Capture daily production outputs and assist with reporting
Prepare production reports for management
Inventory and Assembly Administration
Complete and authorise finished goods assemblies to ensure accurate stock availability
Process stock receiving transactions when required
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records aligned with production output
Support inventory accuracy across production and warehouse operations
Wages Payroll and HR Administration
Maintain and update employee master files
Capture and process wages within payroll deadlines
Track overtime night shift allowances and team incentives
Maintain employee records and upload documentation to the payroll system
Provide daily HR administrative support and assist with payroll-related queries
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification essential
Strong administrative and data-capturing skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational reporting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadline pressure
Financial and HR / payroll knowledge
Ability to handle confidential employee information
Systems knowledge (advantageous): payroll systems (e.g. PaySpace) inventory / production systems (e.g. Dear Inventory) Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
