Job Title: Delivery Manager – Product Delivery & PMO
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of multiple products across different client engagements. The role involves managing product delivery operations leading the PMO office driving process optimization ensuring compliance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The Delivery Manager will work closely with engineering product and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and delivery governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery Management
• Track and monitor the progress of multiple products and development initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and releases.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap development progress and client expectations.
• Support product rollouts and ensure smooth delivery to end users.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders leadership and client teams for delivery updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure effective communication of product delivery status timelines and operational updates.
PMO Leadership
• Lead and manage the PMO (Product Management Office) to ensure delivery governance across all products.
• Establish standardized delivery frameworks reporting structures and governance processes.
• Monitor delivery metrics team performance and operational KPIs across multiple product teams.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
• Establish best practices for product delivery management and operational workflows.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies delivery governance frameworks and client expectations.
• Maintain documentation reporting standards and audit readiness.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are followed across product delivery teams.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering product QA and operations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to delivery leads and team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and operational excellence.
• Resolve operational challenges and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
Business Reporting & Operational Metrics
• Prepare business reports operational metrics and risk assessments for leadership.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and operational performance across product teams.
• Support leadership in identifying operational improvements and business growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
