Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for assigned projects including financial modeling risk assessment and sensitivity analysis.
Support project financing procurement: evaluate financing options coordinate RFPs and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
Collaborate with business development and project advisors (legal financial) to support project financing and negotiations.
Prepare and summarize project financing information key terms and reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor and control project funding utilization including company contributions and lender proceeds.
Review financing-related agreements and provide inputs during negotiations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Finance Accounting Economics Math Engineering or related field.
At Least 5 years experience in project finance infrastructure power/utility sector investment banking or financial advisory.
- Strong experience in loan agreement management covenant compliance and lender reporting.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; understanding of business valuation and project finance modeling.
Fluent in English.
CFA or other professional qualifications is a plus.
