You have:
- 7 years of experience in project or program management ad tech integration or gaming operations.
- Deep understanding of free-to-play with hands-on experience balancing In-App Purchases (IAP) with In-App Advertising (IAA) ensuring they complement rather than cannibalize each other.
- Proven success collaborating across engineering product and business functions to deliver scalable developer solutions.
- A deep understanding of experimentation with experience running experiments at scale in a production environment.
- Preferred Qualifications/Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with game monetization and engagement mechanics.
- Understanding of ad tech ecosystems including APIs SDKs and integration workflows.
- Working knowledge of game engines.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and dashboards to optimize monetization performance.
