Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to lead strategic cross-functional programs across our Global Logistics network. This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing scalable processes coordinating execution across teams and communicating program status risks and recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical capabilities sound judgment in ambiguous environments and a track record of delivering results at scale.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage and oversee cross-functional programs end-to-end ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
- Develop and refine program strategies setting clear objectives and aligning stakeholders across teams
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities drive improvements and measure program performance
- Navigate ambiguity in complex business scenarios applying structured problem-solving to drive decisions
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and ensure project success
- Identify assess and mitigate risks before they escalate into issues
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting for a program portfolio providing clear visibility into milestones and performance
- Communicate regularly with senior managers business leaders and key stakeholders on program status and business impact
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability across initiatives

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel to various Amazon facilities and on-site visits with Carriers and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) based on business needs

From coordinating with global teams to presenting insights to senior leadership every moment will be an opportunity to drive meaningful change.

About the team
We are a passionate group of logistics professionals dedicated to connecting customers worldwide through efficient reliable cross-border operations. Our team spans seven countries working collaboratively to improve shipping speed reduce costs and create seamless international logistics experiences. By joining us youll be part of a dynamic team committed to pushing the boundaries of global supply chain management.

- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of SQL

- Masters degree
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in project management including resource planning managing schedules reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
