Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants to support and manage SAP Human Capital Management systems for organizations in Germany. The role involves configuring SAP HCM modules supporting HR processes and ensuring efficient system integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting and maintaining SAP HCM modules including PA PE OM PKP
Managing and optimizing SAP ESS (Employee Self-Service) and SAP MSS (Manager Self-Service)
Working with SAP Travel Management (FITV) Payroll (PY-DE) and Time Management (PT)
Assisting in system customization and configuration according to HR business requirements
Supporting SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll integration
Collaborating with technical teams and assisting in ABAP-related developments
Providing system support troubleshooting and performance optimization

Salary: 4500 Euro Per Month

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA PE OM PKP PY-DE PT)
Experience with SAP ESS SAP MSS and SAP Travel Management (FITV)
Interest or experience in SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll
Basic understanding of ABAP development methods
German language proficiency: C1 level
English language proficiency: C1 level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Informatics or a related field
Education must be recognized with Anabin H or equivalent qualification
