Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead to spearhead our finance systems transformation journey. This role will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules ensuring seamless integration with business processes and compliance with global standards. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between finance stakeholders and IT driving excellence in system adoption and process efficiency.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
Partner with finance and business teams to translate requirements into system solutions.
Drive process harmonization and automation within finance operations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS local GAAP and internal control frameworks.
Manage system upgrades enhancements and integration projects.
Provide expert guidance and training to finance teams on SAP functionalities.
Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure system stability and scalability.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on SAP finance transformation strategy.
Travel as required to support global rollouts and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or IT.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.
Strong expertise in core finance processes (General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Asset Accounting Controlling Profitability Analysis).
Hands-on experience with integration to other SAP modules (MM SD PP).
Proven track record of leading SAP projects and managing stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
